Empowering At-Risk Youth Through Mentoring

Mentoring programs are essential for supporting at-risk youth. Approximately 4.5 million teens are involved in community-based mentoring programs, underscoring the widespread need for such support systems. Despite this, there remains a significant unmet demand for mentoring aimed at preventing or reducing delinquent behavior and engaging more youth in these services. Research has demonstrated that mentoring programs can improve outcomes across behavioral, social, emotional, and academic domains of young people’s development.

Our Success in You Mentoring sessions focus on evidence-based strategies aimed at enhancing social awareness, emotional intelligence, life skills, and real-life goal setting for youth in Grades 5-12. Through real-world scenarios and interactive discussions, participants will learn to address life's most pressing concerns using problem-solving and critical thinking tools. The program emphasizes advocating in a humanistic manner to promote community unity and growth.
